- Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This data is transmitted to and processed by Formspree, Inc. (a third-party form service). We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31 nDSG).
- Server and access logs. When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits data to our hosting provider — including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and date/time of access. This data is processed for security and technical stability. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 30 days.
- No cookies. This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any analytics tools. We do not track your behaviour across sessions.
3. Third-party processors
We use the following third-party services that may process personal data:

- Fonts. This website uses self-hosted fonts (Inter). No font files are loaded from external servers. No data is transmitted to third parties in connection with typography.
- Hosting provider. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Standard server logs are processed by the hosting provider for technical and security purposes.
4. Data transfers outside Switzerland / EEA
Data processed by Formspree and Google Fonts may be transferred to servers in the United States. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG).
5. Retention periods
- Contact form messages: retained for up to 12 months, or until the inquiry is resolved, whichever comes first.
- Server access logs: deleted after 30 days.
- Any data subject to statutory retention obligations will be retained for the legally required period.
